About The Photographer

Nicky Reyes is a graduate of the University of the East in Manila, Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Zoology.

In his professional career, he has worked mostly in the field of sales, marketing, advertising and public relations.

Nicky's interest in photography started when he worked for one of Manila's leading publishing firm where he had the first hand experience of working with the Philippine's top photographers, models and stylists.

In 2005, he took a crash course with the New York Institute of Photography to learn the basics of photography. He has been shooting non-stop since then.

Among great photographers, he admires Steven Underhill for his unique style of capturing the youth and the innocence of his subjects, the amazing techniques and discipline of Kent Taylor and the dramatic style of the legendary Herb Ritts.
