About The Photographer |
Nicky Reyes is a graduate of the University of the East in Manila,
Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Zoology.
In his professional career, he has worked mostly in the field of sales,
marketing, advertising and public relations.
Nicky's interest in photography started when he worked for one of
Manila's leading publishing firm where he had the first hand experience
of working with the Philippine's top photographers, models and stylists.
In 2005, he took formal lessons with the New York Institute of
Photography which according to him is the best decision he has ever
made.
Among well known photographers, he looks up to Steven Underhill
for his unique style of capturing the youth and the innocence of his
subjects without bordering on pornography and the dramatic style of Herb
Ritts. |
